Seven Random Facts About Me

1.  I have two little boys.  They are so special to me, I would have ten children if I could.

2. I played alto saxophone in high school.  I do hope to one day get a Kenny G music book that has a cd to accompany me and I will perform for my loved ones.

3.  My favourite flavours….  ginger, lemon and cilantro.

4.  When I was 28, I had a list of qualities that I wanted in my future husband.  I was not going to date anyone over 40 and my soon-to-be husband came along, he was 43 (almost 44) and I had no choice but to alter one of the criterias on my list.

5.  I cry very easy.  If I feel like I’m making myself vulnerable in any way, I will cry.  If I try to help a stranger or do something kind, you can be sure I’ll cry.  Not sure why, just my style.

6.  Salty Not Sweet but since becoming pregnant for the first time, either will do.

7.  Dancing is one of my favourite past times.  I like to shake, shimmy, twirl and move in any way the beat takes me.

  1. Crying is just a sign of a tender heart, filled with love and compassion. I cry when I read or see stories about people facing life struggles, or its joys. My favorite thing is to laugh until I cry, or be moved by a sad story until I cry. It is a gift from God to have a tender heart for others…so you are blessed! Congratulations on the award! You so deserve it, and the reason I nominated you was your heart for family, and in what you shared about yourself, you showed that over and over.

  2. Thank you so much for your kind words about my blog. It means a lot, especially coming from somebody who is as well written as yourself. I’ve been enjoying your blog consistently. Keep up the good work!

  3. Thanks for the nomination for Faded Epiphanies! I have been out of town and I am now trying to catch up on my blog. This is a big help in getting me back into the routine!

  4. I appreciate the nomination very much. And thanks for adding me to your blogroll as well (you’re on mine). You’re the best and your blog has always been a great source of practical and inspirational writings. I could give you a hug you right now!!!!
